Garbage disposal was installed and now when being used the water comes up on other side. Kitchen- removed t from drain and installed garbage disposal T. Tested and water is not coming up anymore.
Service fee Checked power and thermostat and all checked back good. Will call us back if issues reoccur
Line is full of sand due to this break, started by removing pavers and exposing concrete to jack hammer a opening for us to gain access to the broken pipe, once concrete hole was made began excavating to locate drain line for home, once pipe was exposed began making new tie in for main line, once we finished are prefabricated piece began glueing together he connection, once finished began backfilling hole and water packing down sand/dirt mixture, once hole was filled and leveled to the concrete began resetting pavers back into place, once finished cleaned up work are and began jetting upstream of line to remove sand build up in pipe, once completed began jetting downstream towards city tap, ran jetter two times downstream to remove all sand build up from the bottom of the pipe. Ran camera upstream and downstream after jetting was completed to ensure all debris was removed from the pipe, everything is working as it should.
Mainline is clogged and a clean out is not visible Pull master toilet to drop Cabled line and pulled back sand the line is located in rear of home Line was located hand dug and exposed pipe which was under pool line Installed a clean out and cabled line upstream to drop water found a break with sand intrusion located just out side center of pool The repair will need to be done and the line jetted
Pulled toilet and noticed flange was broken. Advised customer to replace and they agreed. Removed and disposed of old flange and installed new flange. Reset toilet and flushed toilet several times and no leaks occurred at this time.
Customer has faucet to be replaced in kitchen, customer approved option with no plan. Completed and collected balance.

Replace standard 40 gallons water heater on PH floor in the laundry ,and replace shower cartridge in the guest bathroom.
Rebuilt two Kohler toilets major rebuilds collected balance
Removed and pulled toilet , replaced bolts, wax ring and put grout around, flushed a few times to make sure there was no leaks. No leaks currently at this time.
Removed bad Pressure reducing valve and installed new PRV, restored water service checked for leaks and verified proper water pressure to unit, no leaks are present at this time.
Removed old water heater and installed 30 gallon water heater with 12 year extended warranty, upon restoring water service, I found another leak coming from the Pressure reducing valve, homeowner approved replacement, will return Monday 11/16/2020 to replace.
Nerd pass inspection, Checked and treat all the drains and cleared disposal There are no issues at this time
Main line clog , line is cast iron and clean out is located An attempt will be made o cable line however because of distance issue the jetted may be needed Cacabled line and dropped water , there is a large amount of scale making it impossible to view line Pulled back famine products and heavy paper Maintenance and staff tested lines before leaving
